Cannot wait for the Fursemobile to be operational!

For quite some time I've not been happy with how I look. Granted my stomach issues male things worse, but my gut is ridiculous now.

Everyday I look in the mirror in disgust at myself and nothing, literally nothing fits me. For Frick sake not even my goddamn underwear!

Arrghhhh!!

And then the second problem. I'm a lazy arse!

Lazy breeds fat and fat breeds lazy. For me anyway.

I know what I need to do but for some reason can't bring myself to do it.
I don't know what the hell is wrong with me.

I can feel my weight literally slowing me down. I feel my body jiggling as I walk. It's disgusting. And so am I.

I know this is a ridiculous post. It's just crap really.

It's all my own fault and will continue to be for as long as I continue to do nothing.

And knowing me I probably will

I am writing to you as a severely dissatisfied customer.

On the 15th of February I placed an order for some items from the Topman website.
I asked for express delivery but was aware I wouldn't recieve them until the 17th as I ordered after 2pm.

On the day of expected delivery I checked the status using the tracking info provided. It told me that the item had been delivered.

I chose for my items to be delivered to a family member's home as nobody would be at mine. I contacted them and they told me that no parcel had arrived, no card was left and nobody had alerted them on the intercom system of their flats.

I contact the delivery company and they told me that the item was left with a neighbour by the name of 'Tony'. We checked all the neighbours and nobody had that name and hadn't recieved anything.

I contacted the company again and they told me they would interview the driver and get back to me in 24 hours.
They didn't.

I called again today and was informed that the driver would go back to the address to see who he delivered to.

They said that the 'tony' they spoke to was 'my son'. I haven't got a son. And nobody in my family has the name tony.

The driver went back to my grandfathers property to see and explain what had occurred. He told him that:

He saw a man near (not directly outside the correct property) and said he had a delivery for Michael Hurley. The man said his name was Tony and was my son. The driver handed over the goods without any verification and without seeing the man making any attempt at entering the correct property.

This story was confirmed by the depot manager of whom I spoke to.

I am outraged that a delivery person (of whom works for a company that you employ) would leave my goods with an unknown person without attempting to verify them in any way.

I am doubtful that the delivery man even entered the building as he did not use the intercom system. My gradparents would have been expecting him to come up if he had. Therefore I am under the impression that this 'Tony' character wasn't in the building at all.

The customer service representative working for your company offered me 20% off my order and free delivery.

This is all well and good, but to do this I have to be charged again. Then refunded, which will take around four working days. Therefore leaving me out of pocket for no fault of my own.

Furthermore the items aren't expected to be delivered until Tuesday the 23rd. Nearly a week after when I needed the.

I asked for express delivery as I needed the items for today (the 19th), not for the 23rd. The whole point of me buying them was for this weekend.

As you can tell I am extremely upset. I have been a loyal customer of Arcadia for many years, and have made very frequent purchases In your stores, but now I am losing faith in your brand and your customr service.

I expect something to be done about this and I look forward to hearing from you.

To this they replied:

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your email received 19 February 2010.

I am very sorry to note the diffculties you have had with your recent delivery. I can assure you that this matter has been raised with the driver and he has been informed that this is not an acceptable way to deliver a parcel. The courier has advised that he will ensure to deliver the parcel directly to the delivery address in future.

I'm not letting this lie. I've let them know that this reply is unnacceptable and I want some form of further compensation for this..

It appears I've just re-entered the usual cycle that I've been in my whole life.

I've been given these tablets that I've been taking for a while. I think they're making things a little better. But it's always hard to tell.

But this is all they can do now. So I stop going to the doctor and to the hospital for a while. Then in a few years things will get worse and I'll go back.

I do hope I don't have to go through this cycle again. But I have accepted the inevitability.

Please don't thing I'm upset. I'm actually in a good mood today.
